We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hersey & Son silverware; therefore, we offer a 30-day return period for a full refund or exchange on all non-personalized items. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and pristine condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive the return shipping address.
Pack Your Silverware
Carefully place the item back into its original Hersey & Son presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Send your package using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged before they reach our workshop.
Refund Processing
Once our silversmiths have inspected the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
