Absolutely. We offer a professional in-house engraving service on many of our products. You can select your font and enter your message directly on the product page.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days, as well as a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 1pm, including engraved items.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our silverware worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 5 to 14 working days depending on the local customs process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and earrings are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature and hygiene reasons.
